Project Summary

To elevate the brand identity and digital presence of Cubby’s Convenience Stores, Performance Digital developed a comprehensive creative strategy focused on personality-driven engagement and community connection.


We spearheaded the creation of a custom brand character that serves as the "face" of the Cubby’s experience. By integrating the bear character into a dynamic social media strategy and gas station branding, we transformed everyday offerings into engaging, shareable content that resonates with both loyal customers and new audiences.

Bringing the Bear to Life

At the heart of our creative strategy for Cubby’s Convenience Stores is a versatile and relatable brand mascot, Cubby the bear. To keep the brand’s digital and in-store presence feeling fresh and timely, we develop a new, custom-themed bear every single month.


These characters are designed to mirror the current season, celebrate upcoming holidays, or simply lean into the relatable "everyday life" moments of our customers.

From festive holiday attire to summer-ready gear, each iteration of the bear is brought to life through:
