Performance Digital Campaign Terms & Conditions

Campaign Commitment & Cancellation Policy

All campaigns require a written 30-day cancellation notice.

Once a campaign is active or scheduled, last-minute cancellations are not permitted. This ensures we can appropriately manage media placements, budgets, and creative resources.

Invoice & Payment Policy

Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice data (Net 15).

If payment is not received within 60 days, Performance Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate any associated campaigns or services until the account is brought current.

Creative Policy & Deliverables

Creative Revision Policy:

All creative deliverables -- such as video, email marketing, static ads, and social media ads -- include:

  • One (1) initial proof
  • Up to two (2) rounds of revisions

Any additional revision rounds beyond the two included will be billed at $100 per revision request.

Static Ad Sets:

  • For campaigns lasting 6+ months, clients can receive up to two (2) static creative ad sets per quarter at no charge.
  • Ad sets refer to unique versions of static digital ads, sized appropriately for their platforms (e.g., display, native, social, digital out of home).

Any additional static ad sets beyond the 2 included per quarter will be billed at $100 per ad set.

The number of static ad sets provided may also vary based on campaign budget and overall media spend.

Email Marketing Campaign Timelines:

All email campaign creative and content must be fully approved at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled launch date.

Failure to approve within this window will result in a delayed launch, with no exceptions.
